Bad Effects of Jogging



          Everyone knows that sports are very good for our health. One of sports that I like is jogging. Why? Because it is the cheapest sport that I know. You only have to get up in the morning, wear your shoes and jog. Besides, Jogging is also good for your heart. However I like jogging, I have interviewed some of my friends that usually jogged, and I found some bad effects of this sport.
            First, doing jogging too much will make you get injuries in your joints, including the ankle, knee, nip and lumbar vertebrate of the lower back. As we know that when we are jogging, the body pushes other body, such as knees. If the knees are not very good and weak, the knees will break slowly. Jogging also stresses the front region of the lower leg, commonly causing pain and connective tissue irritation that we refer to as shin-splits.
            Second, jogging is not good for people who have a weak heart. One day I asked my friend to join me doing jogging. He refused me; He said that he had a weak heart. He told me that his doctor warned him to pay attention to his heart. The doctor suggested him to do walking sport than jogging. I think the doctor is right. We know that when we jog, the heart will work hard. If the heart is not good, doing jogging will cause death. I also interviewed my friend, Brayan, who has a disease heart and appendicitis from his junior high school up to now. He talked many reasons that made him stop jogging. One of the reasons is because jogging is dangerous for his heart. He said that jogging made his feet and his knees sick. His doctor said that Jogging was also dangerous for his appendicitis. He stopped jogging in semester two, but he still likes to take a walk.
            Third, jogging is also bad for a woman. I read an interesting article from oleda.com. The article said that jogging could make organ’s women press against the bladder; latter it could cause incontinence and urinate too much. So, women who want to do jogging must be careful, if they want to save from getting incontinence and urinating too much.
            Finally, I want to say that before someone jogs, the effect of the jogging should be given attention. If we want to be health, we must be careful with our sport activities. Paul J. Meyer said “Concentrate on your strengths instead of your weaknesses, on your powers instead of your problems.” Hence, if jogging is not good for you, you can do other sports such as walking in the morning.
